This is a hand-carved and wavy-edged wooden salad bowl. It is made out of Jacaranda wood which is smoked to create the beautiful dark tan color. Food-safe never needs further care aside from washing out with soap and water.
As these are all individually handmade, they will not all be identical, their flaws or differences are their charms. They are created by talented artists and a lot of time and love go into the making of these kinds of products.
This bowl provides employment to the underprivileged men and women in Uganda as well as transforming the lives of Uganda's orphaned and vulnerable children. This communicates God's amazing grace and kindness.
